A Dream of 1997... Became a Reality in 2004 when we register as a non-profit organization with the Government of Quebec.
The Dream “APN” is to fight against poverty (all forms) through the Power of the Word of God and the Extended Hand to the needy. And to bring back to God and pray for the Well-Being of the Nations.
After a first humanitarian mission in Africa in 2005, where the organization helped more than 800 disadvantaged families in two villages, Pressing on for the Nations Ministries (APN Canada), Evangelical and Compassionate Mission, has not cease to support children (orphans as well), youth, seniors, lepers, entire families inside its various programs in Africa, Canada, Europe, Caribbean Islands and more... and to support Nations by praying for Governments and the communities.
Hundreds of people (children, teenagers, adults and seniors) accepted the Love of Jesus Christ in their heart, many lives were transformed and many children went back to school every year.
Since 2006, Pressing on for the Nations Ministries (APN) is a Christian Charitable Organization registered with the Federal Government of Canada. We are able to provide receipts for income tax.
Pressing on for the Nations Ministries (APN) is also one of the major partners of the community organization “Impact Famille” in Montreal, that provides food to more than 100 families each week through it Food Bank, and of the Gospel Relief Mission in Africa.
From its beginnings, by the Grace of God, we are Pressing on day after day, for the Nations without any distinction, to bring and restore hope and the joy of living to more than « One Life at a time »…
We go to remote places where people do not like to go, to fight against poverty (all forms), promote education and relieve sufferings within disadvantaged communities. Facilitate, in Canada, the settlement and integration of newcomers, and, in developing countries, the integration of the residents at the labour market by different trainings helping them to become economically independent.
Fighting against poverty by demonstrating the Power of the Word of God and the manifestation of His unconditional Love to all without any distinction of race or social status by :
- Offering emotional support, psychological and spiritual services through individual consultation and/or orientation’s services to appropriated resources, and also by groups activities such as conferences and various themes workshops. Assisting young churches and ministries for their growth.
- Providing tangible support both in Canada and abroad to disadvantaged people such as : the poor, sick, the helpless, illiterate and unemployed…
We summarize our goals by the following “5P” :
Preach the Word of God by demonstrating His Power and His Love to the poor, sick and neglected, and supporting young churches and ministries for the growth of the Church of Jesus Christ.
Provide for the basic necessities needs of vulnerable people (Food, clothes, shoes..) : children (orphans) homeless, seniors, lepers, prisoners, single mothers and entire families.
Participate in education of orphans and destitute children by building schools in the villages and remote areas, and distributing school supplies every year.
Prepare an apprenticeship for teenagers and adults for their integration, professional and social reintegration.
Provide medical assistance to the poor by creating medical centers and distribution of essential commodities. Also to provide services to individual for emotional, spiritual and psychological support.
